Meat production
LIDO meat products are produced using fresh and not frozen meat grown in Latvia by local farmers, therefore preserving the product’s best and most valuable qualities. The best and newest European technologies are used in the production; they have been especially developed for LIDO by Austrian company “WIEBERG”. The company LIDO works only with natural spices. The artificial and natural coverings for sausages are bought from the German company “SHALER”; the production of which is distinguished by especially high quality and guarantees the products with good period of validity.
